• Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.

• Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Cookies: We use minimal cookies. Our Site uses a language preference cookie stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes for automation services.
• To build, test, and deliver n8n workflow automations you purchase.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To improve our Site and Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• n8n GmbH — Our self-hosted n8n instance powers the chat widget. Chat data is processed on our own servers; it is not sent to n8n's cloud service.
• Google Fonts — Web font delivery. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts load.
• Google Gemini API — AI model used to power chat responses. Chat messages are sent to Google's API for processing. Subject to Google AI Terms.
• jsDelivr (CDN) — Content delivery for the chat widget JavaScript library.

4. Data Retention

• Chat conversations: Retained for up to 90 days for service delivery purposes, then deleted.
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
• Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically rotated.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit (HTTPS enforced via HSTS).
• Self-hosted infrastructure with access controls and monitoring.
• No storage of payment card data on our servers.
